Teachers qualification is directly proportional to students academic performance. Hence, all stakeholders are to ensure they are apprised with these observations and ensure only qualified teachers are employed in schools, especially in rural areas.

More teachers in rural areas should be trained in the use of technology to deliver classroom lessons.

Skills acquisition programs should be organized for teachers to equip them with skills that will enable them to have multiple flows of income.

Adequate remuneration, scholarships and other incentives should be provided for teachers’ training in rural areas as a means to make the job remain attractive.

Super Teacher Workshop

Advanced Teachers development program to upskill their potential in all the ways.
The workshop is designed to enable the teachers’ learn and upskill their potential in the areas of Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment, Technology and Soft skills.
The teachers could use the certification as
evidence to have completed their 25 hours
mandatory CPD as per the policies
mentioned by Government of India.

Best Teacher Awards & Rewards

GAT will analyse the Teachers performance and will award best teacher of the month award and reward to a teacher on monthly basis.

Teacher Support Manager

GAs wants to ensure the teachers are getting continuous support in all the aspects of their teaching journey to ensure a best part of their teaching life. Henceforth, a Dedicated Teachers Support Manager will be provided to support the teachers throughout the academic year

GAT will research any events or competitions that have been declared for the state or country, prepare the kids for them, instruct them on the event, and encourage them to give it their all.

On a Monthly Basis, the Best Student Award & Reward Program

The top pupils from each grade will be identified by GAT, and they will get a certificate and a gift as rewards.

Industrial Visit

Every year, GAs will plan an industrial visit for each grade level of students based on their level of study
